A technique that uses the refined chakra control and concentration required in medical ninjutsu to enhance one's strength to monstrous levels. This is done by storing chakra into one's hands or feet, and releasing it onto the target with pinpoint timing.

• Once learned, allows for the user to use the abilities that require CES. When using one of those abilities, they can either have the DR scale with BOD and cost 0 Chakra, or the DR can scale with POW and the move will cost Chakra as appropriate for its rank. Always check the specific rules for those moves, as some may have chakra costs regardless of whether you are using BOD or POW.

• While active, you can use your POW in place of BOD for lifting. Additionally, when lifting something, the attribute you are using is treated as being 4x higher than its base amount when determining final weight limits. This multiplier is done before other buffs.
